Hey I have leased to own through a company many times ( Aarons ) Almost always as long as you are paying for the merchandise it is under warranty- should anything go wrong with it, or it breaks they are obligated to fix, or replace it free of charge. Check your contract. I am not talking about cheap things either ( the latest 2 I have done are a riding lawn mower and a computer ) Both of which I have had repaired/ fixed for problems - for free - because of the in contract warranty.
Yes, you can sue them. Small claims court is the one you will need, I am pretty sure.
Goodluck with that, and checkout that contract you signed at the begininng of the lease, if you don't have it - and you ask them for a copy - they MUST provide it to you!
Also, as stated DO threaten a lawsuit, and don't back down. Get all upset and huffy, and use the word "attorney" not lawyer....they take that a lot more seriously don't ask me why they just do, atleast that has been my experience. I have threatened lawsuts to so many diff companies it's pitiful and it gets them to clean up and act right towards you. (AOL, DirecTv, Grant Helpers -online scam-, blah blah the list does on.....surely if I can threaten them with a lawsuit and remove charges, give refunds ect....you can do so with a small company like that.

You don't have to .. Do this . Call the Consumer Protective Agency in your State (it may have a different name , but it will be listed as something like that ). When you find out the number of this agency , call them and ask them to sent you a form to file a complaint. They will tell you what to do AND HOW TO DO IT . The Rental Place will then have to deal with this agency and " THEY HATE THAT " . The Consumer People are there for problems just like U R having ..And they are FREE . . They will get to the bottom of this for you

At least threaten them with a lawsuit. That seems to be the only thing that makes companies jump up and do what they were supposed to do in the first place.

you're in charge for paying for the stuff lower back to the save and in case you do not, you're in danger of be sued. you're additionally in charge for preserving the stuff in respectable situation till you extremely very own it and in case you do not, you're in danger of be sued. lease to very own deals are poor in each and every way. you finally end up paying two times as much as you commonly could interior the top, and interior the top you're caught with cheesy belongings you probably did not extremely need interior the 1st place. i wish all of us found out a effective lesson at present.
