no, the bolt pattern on the mercedes is 5x112 and the camry is 5x100 so the studs will not line up.
Not to mention that the bore on the wheels might be different and you car might not have enough wheel well space to fit 18's.

you have to check the bolt pattern of the MB and the yota most likely they will not fit due to odd bolt patterns on the Dr. Z backed product

mercedes tends to have specific parts to thier brand
