Families of bombers should be held responsible and shamed rather than rewarded. Religious schools are used to indoctrinate and condition children for suicide bombing. The teachers who promote suicide bombing should be removed and the religious leaders ought to unambiguously condemn suicide bombing. Suicide bombers may be motivated by a distorted perceptions of social justice. Education and good will can change perceptions.

Good luck on that...there will always be psychos around -- in every culture, every religion, every country. You might as well ask, "how do you stop nuts from shooting up schools and murdering school kids?" You can only try to take responsibility for yourself and look out for those around you as much as possible and be vigilant. You can't be responsible for the rest of the world.

You can't. Only having the mahdi or messiah come to save mankind will stop that kind of behavior.

You have to learn to cope with what is happening by stoping the propaganda that causes such behavior. Support your government's efforts for this issue.
