In that episode where starfire gets sent to the future, Nightwing kisses her right before she returns to the past. However they tried to edit it out in the american version. :)

Yes Starfire has kissed Robin. Which Robin? Starfire kissed Robin in New Teen Titans #2 [1980]: The New Teen Titans battle a gang of hijackers who turn out to be robots, and Starfire learns English by absorbing knowledge of the language through physical contact (by kissing Robin). Meanwhile, Kid Flash continues to wonder how Raven manipulated him into becoming a Titans member again after he had foresworn his superhero career, and Cyborg continues to duel verbally with his father, whom he holds responsible for his half-machine state. Cyborg is then the first Titan to be attacked by Grant Wilson, a gangland-connected resident of the East Village in whose apartment Starfire had taken shelter from the Gordanians.
She has also kissed Tim in the more recent books before OYL when he was given Nightwings old costume. Don't remember her kissing Jason.

In the DC comic book, Teen Titans, Starfire and Robin (Dick Grayson) started dating back in the 80's.
I don't think they kissed in the Cartoon Network Teen Titans though.

Yes she did. And in the Kingdom Come mini-series set in the future, they had a child together, so I think there was probably some kissing going on..

In the Teen Titan comic book, they were shown in bed together. Yes, I think she kissed him. That was Dick Grayson, by the way, and this may have been after he adopted his new identity as Nightwing.

Yes in one episode Robin and star just were walking then they kissed i don't know what episode it was but it a good one.

in fact, she kissed robin... ^_^º if you'd like to see it you just have to go to you tube (www.youtube.com) and search for the "go" episode of the teen titans, you'll find it, thou i must warn you, it is divided in 3 parts.
