I would do a little research on the company. Check out their website. Have they won any awards? Are they well respected in the area? Do customers consider them the best in the industry? etc., etc....
Offer an answer like, "From what I know of your practice you are not only well respected amongst others in the field, you are highly regarded by your clients. I am interested in working for your office, to enhance my knowledge of cosmetic surgery and be part of a team that is focused on providing the very best to their clients."
It sounds better than, "Because I need the money." Or "Because I'm a people person."
Good luck!!

Why don't you answer them honestly. Why do you want to work in a plastic surgeon office? If it's because a jobs a job, then I would say something like,
"I am very interested in this industry and would like to one day go into the field of cosmetic surgery myself. I would love to start my career at your facility and have the opportunity to grow with your company. "

Not knowing why you do want to work there and I suspect you ask because you may infact not truly know why you want to work there, I recommend you respond in a context that communicates you are committed to what you would anticipate a cosmetic/plastic surgeon office is committed too. Example: I am a stand for what's possible in this field of work as a person being of service powerfully creating transformation in the lives of others.
I bet this will be tough to pipe up and say, but I am a VP of an company for 16 years. I don't ever want to hear what you think I want to hear. Just try this on.... give up trying to predict what the interview is going to "look like", "what will they think, say etc" You cannot possibly predict this. Give up all of this worry. Simply go into your interview, respond authentically. Really really get that. Most people are not authentic because they are so worried about looking good to avoid looking bad.... give this up! Powerfully communicate authentically. It is absolutely frightening to really say what we want to say but get this. When you are uncomfortable, that is exactly where you want to be. It is what creates possibility for yourself and your life. I DARE you to just try it. So you don't get the job? You will have just created a possibility for yourself as a person being a fearless communicator of self expression!!!!! And I am certain you will have left the interviewer having felt moved and/or inspired by you.
Good Luck!

Ideas? Just be honest. Why do you want to work there?
Don't play games to get a job. If you are really interested in working there just say so. If you are just looking to clock hours to get money then you won't be working there for too long anyway. If you want real advice then do some soul searching to find your true desires in life and then pursue them and you will find not only money but pure joy in your success.

Don't think about in plastic surgery terms -- answer about the position you want. For example, if you are going to be using insurance skills, talk about your expertice. If you are going to be doing nursing or assistant skills share your knowledge.

Always answer that you have been fascinated with the "field" that it is involved in. They ask them how they got in to it
