How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your Yahoo! password, just sign in to your Yahoo! account with your current password and click the Account Info or My Account link at the top of the page. You will be asked to re-enter your current password for verification. Then:
Click the "Change Password" link.
Enter your current password in the first box.
Enter your new password (as you would like it to be) in the second box.
Confirm your new password in the third box.
Click the "Save" button.
Your Yahoo! password will always apply to your entire Yahoo! account. This means that it will be valid not only for Yahoo! Mail, but also for Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo! Chat, My Yahoo!, Yahoo! Finance, and all of Yahoo!'s other personalized services.
Please Note: To better protect your account, make sure that your password is memorable for you but difficult for others to guess. Never use the same password that you have used in the past, and do not share your password with anyone. For security purposes, your new password must be a minimum of six characters long. A good password contains a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters (remember that your password is case sensitive), numbers, and special characters such as +, ?, and *.

go to the yahoo mail main page; click on forgot your username/password?; enter the requested information on the page; click get a new password,; enter your answer to your secret question on the next page. After this you will recieve a new password, which you will be prompted to change.

open your email and u will find in the top of the page OPTION click it
then u choose contact option
a new page will open u wiil find amny chooses in the left of the page
u choose account information
then u will have ti sighn in to portect ur personal data
then u will find the information that u hahe saved when u were doing ur email
u can change u password ur gender ..... from this

If u want to change ur Yahoo! Account password then following info will be helpful to u.
U will find ur ID on every page u visit on yahoo after signing in. Below that u will find the link of My Account. Click that. U will be asked to enter ur password. Enter it. On the next page u will find the option of change ur password. It will solve ur problem.
Or click http://account.yahoo.com U will be asked to enter ur password. Enter that and on the next page u willl be taken to ur account where u will find the option of changing ur password. Dont forget to click finished once u hv done the job.

you go to account info,
and then it will bring you to youre profile and just click chage password

on yahoo messenger login box at the top click on yahoo then on account info
