A nuclear bomb would vaporize an Immortal's body, causing the loss of the Immortal's knowledge and experience.
The Highlander was from Scotland. The Immortal's could be from any country, be of any race, any age, either gender.
Only a blade or sharp instrumtent that seperated the head of an Immortal was supposed to truly destroy that Immortal, i.e. the knowledge and experience of the dead Immortal would be absorbed by the Immortal who did the beheading. I wonder if any seperation of an Immortal's head would destroy them?

If you add what is in the movies (when Ramirez is teaching Conner), it really didn't matter if another immortal did it or not. If it wasn't an immortal, then their knowledge/energy, etc., was lost. I do think that a nuke would seperate the head from the body quite nicely.

Interesting question. I tend to think if his head was blown off, this would not be the same as having been cut off. Bummer to come back to life and no one else is there.

i guess we'll never know. probably wouldn't have made a good episode and it doesn't have to be another immortal.
