Ask at your local Vauxhall dealer

there is no cable on your model vectra - its an hydraulic system - it has a master cylinder connected to the clutch pedal (separate to the brake master cylinder) - a fluid line just like a brake line that runs from the master cylinder around the engine bay to the gearbox - it them continues inside the box and connects to the slave cylinder which is built into the clutch release bearing - the gearbox has to be removed to access the slave cylinder/release bearing so the first thing to do is to replace the one at the pedal - its also the cheaper of the two - i`m not sure of prices. contact your dealer for that as it also varies from model to model and year to year - it will take about two hours to fit - if its in the box you are looking at the best part of five hours labour plus parts.
