I've been proposed the following trade:
I give up Palmer and L. Johnson
I get C. Frye, Westbrook, Barber and R. Bush
I could use a better RB squad (currently have Johnson, Norwood, Brown, and Ri. Robinson) and I also have Favre for QB.
I hate to give up Johnson, but (assuming they're healthy) Barber and Westbrook pretty much make up for him.
What does everyone think?

No No No. Yes, Barber and Westbrook might COMBINE to make up for LJ, but what's the point if you have to take up two roster spots to do it? If you make this trade, you will regret it for the rest of the season. DO NOT MAKE THIS TRADE!

I definitely wouldn't make that trade. Westbrook seems to be banged up and I wouldn't be surprised if he has nagging injuries throughout the year. Barber is a great back but in goal line situations the Giants plan on using B. Jacobs more, trust me I have Barber as my fantasy RB. Bush is still sharing duties with Deuce and has yet to score even one TD. Frye is having a much better year than I thought he would but this is still his first year and I believe the sophisticated defenses of the NFL will soon surely expose him particularly in the tough AFC North.
You could make an argument that Palmer and LJ may be two of the best fantasy options at their respective positions. Give 'em time, they'll produce.

I think it is a bad deal...Bush has not scored one Td yet and the way he's going he'll only get 3 all year cus of Deuce. Barber is not not producing , Westbrook is gonna be out again cus of his swollen knee and Frye is a back up Qb at best man. While Johnson will score more points for you then Tiki and Bush combine...And you're gonna trade a stud Qb ..who is one of the top qb 's in the game for a back up. stick with Palmer and Johnson..but if you need an rb trade a couple good recievers for one man.

You'd get the benifit in that trade. Brian Westbrook is as good or better than Larry Johnson this year and Barber would be awesome and Bush. You're friggen lucky to be offered that trade.Carson is awesome but if you have Favre I'd risk with him and maybe some with Frye.

Whatever you do, do not except this trade. If your giving up Palmer and Johnson, you'd better be getting L.T. and Peyton. Frye has a lot of points, but on that bad of a team, I wouldn't expect that to go for the rest of the year. Westbrook is injury prone, Tiki is finally showing his age (0 TD's this year) and will lose goal line carries to Jacobs. Bush has produced nothing, should have a big game this week, but a tough schedule coming up. You have 2 STUDS. Hold on to them!

I think you are giving up too much and relying too much on Favre for the remained of the year. You can't expect much from frye and you can only play so many RBs at a time.

Find someone to give Bush and Favre to, so that you can increase your QB. Other than that you did solid.
Now that I look at it, the fact that you gave up basicaly 2 1st round picks for a 1st, 2nd, 5th, and wavier wire pick up. I think you got robbed a little bit. Should have gotten someone other than Bush, not to mention who did you have to cut to fit those guys onto your squad?
You had to drop 2 people. So depending on who they where you just shorted yourself even more.

i would. Only if u can get a better QB to be ahead of Farve. Try the waiver wire, Grossman, Carr, are options that are available in my league. I just picked up Carr because Grossman and my QB Bulger have the same bye week.
