I use the wheel. You are staying on the knees and rolling it back and forth, it really helps for the press. I am using it for about 3 years and it really works. For my legs I use stairs. Yes, stairs. go upstairs and downstairs as many time as you can, then take a break and do the same thing. If you need the result quickly do it twice a day, I usually do it once. If you don't have the stairs, get a balancing ball. Go on-line and search for the exercises, I know they have it there. I just don't have too much time to do it right now. Weights, cardio to include running and the cardio machines. Proper nutrition is 80% of winning. Abs are made in the kitchen.
