every time i go out drinking the next day my lower back gives me grief ? it used to happen after a heavy night ut but now it happens even when i just have a few glasses of wine?

It sounds like too much alcohol for your kidneys to cope with. This can be fatal over a long period of time. Drink plenty of water to flush all your toxins away, & drink water with alcohol if you can.

This is really serious and its your kidney that is inflamed give the booze a rest or just have a couple you can still have FUN without getting rat arsed

You have probably damaged your kidneys, or they are having to work harder to combat dehydration. When you drink always have a glass of water between each drink to keep hydrated. See if it works, if not visit your GP.

The alcohal may have effected your kidneys to the point where they are severely damaged. I would go to the doctor and have some testing done, that way you will know for sure.

You're stressing your kidneys. If even a small amount of alcohol causes you kidney pain, you need to talk to your doctor.
