He says the walls are very thin and he can hear the people next door listening to Mexican Wrestling programs when he is trying to go to sleep.

I think this is starting to have a subliminal effect on him. He has started wearing Spandex Pants and demanding cage matches with strangers who offend him.

Any suggestions on how to block out the sounds from the neighbors TV? Soundproofing, white noise, etc???

Earplugs are a quick and easy first attempt to solve the problem.

A radio with white noise generator might be another possiblity but will involve more money.

In between them are noise suppressing headphones. THey have ear bud and over the ear styles.

Depends on how much he is willing to spend to get a good nights sleep.

Line the walls with egg cartons. But first, make sure they are empty of eggs.

That will make his hotel room into a music recording studio....perfectly soundproof, and perfect for making good music.
