Due to mankind's love of fart humor it is inevitable that farting robots will be created. The farts will then be based on the humor of their creator, anything from a rank sulfer smell to sweet roses or spicy pizza.
This of course means that God is amused by the stinky ones.

I don't think so. Pooping and farting are organical processes, a robot is not an organic thing.
