Chicken soup.
Freshly squeezed juices such as carrot, orange, apple, celery
Plain baked potato.
Pastina with a little butter.
Dry toast or with a little butter.
One of these are what I usually have depending on what kind of sick I am and they always seem to help me feel better.

when you are sick you never wont to eat dairy. anything. eat only fruits and vegetables.take a good b vitimin complex to keep white t cells healthy to fight those germs viruses.and heal the body etc.drink plenty of water, no caffien

Sick how? If it's the flu kinda sick you need plenty of fluids and juice and soup. Theraflu helped me alot last week.

If it's tummy sick there is the BRAT diet which is Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast. Hope you feel better.
