The precise motivation behind this question is not clear.I feel it means to ask if it is necessary for us to make a show of our intence feeling on all occasion. Do you think you would be able to sleep well in our life if you see an obvious injustice and don't act at least protest? Discretion is the best part of valour is the old understanding in such matters. But some situations are so fundamental that keeping mum over them would be not only doing injustice to others but also to your own self. Of course, it does not mean that you should fly off at the slightest excuse but even in such or even marginal cases we should always register our protest even though in milder language.But by all means take the bull by the horns especially if it is about to trample a child or an infirm man on the road.
