It's most likely certain allergies to the foods you're consuming. Do you get hives? The best cure is to stop eating whatever is giving you these rashes, take some allergy medications, and if that doesn't help, see a Doc.

Do you have some sort of allergy to them? What kind of fruits, and what kind of sugar? But I always find a little alcohol to help (to rub on, not to drink), or going outside in the snow. Sometimes it's good to take a quick shower or rub a little ice. Powder always sucked for me.

a male friend of mine had this same problem only on his arms he went to a natropath. She gave him list of foods to avoid, He then had to re-introduce them one by one to find out with one was giving him the itches. Try eating only organic fruit this is what he had to do and its now much better he also used pure emu oil. Hope to be of some help to you.

Ever been tested for diabetes? The only other thing I can think of is you are allergic to fruit, that doesn't explain the sugar though. I would ask my Dr.

Are you drinking enough water??
Sugars can dry out your system so I think that more water consumption and also proper moisturizing will help.
i use a mix of lotion and baby oil right after I bathe and it keeps me moisturized all day long.
