I would rate my personality about an 8 (I'd rate it about a 3 if I'm PMS'ing).
I would rate my looks at about 5 1/2. I'm not ugly, and I'm not hot, so I guess I'm somewhere in the middle.

Trick question. Anyone with a grand personality would rate himself or herself a 2 at best. I'd still give myself a solid 8 on looks though - if only because my smug look is so perfect.
