Truthfully, you should learn more about them. There is ALWAYS more to learn about someone. I think that you should ask the girl out who has more in common with you. If you don't really know HOW to ask her out, the best thing to do is just say, "do you wanna go out sometime, you know, like to a movie or something?" I hope that this advice hepls you out!

Do what I like to call the jelly bean scale, weigh out the pros and cons of both. Then whichever one comes out on top is who you should go for. Feelings should be added as well.
