You can see your breath in cold air due to the water vapour quickly cooling down to form a mist.

As a fart usually contains a small amount of water vapour then yes you should be able to. Although you would probably have to be wearing no trousers or underwear to see it.

It depends on the clothing you're wearing. If you wrapped a pair of jeans and cotton underwear around your mouth, you might not see your breath in the cold. However, if you free the exit point of the heated gas or air, you will in fact see it. I suspect that with thin clothing and pressure, you might be able to see the gas as well.

There is probably some limited amount of water vapor contained in the effluent gas, so it is possible. Most of it is methane which will not be visible.

There isn't vapor in it, I suppose. Also, what about underwear covering up that fart?
