She shouldn't care at all, it is becoming more common now, to not be circumcised. Just keep it clean and check it for any sores. By pulling the foreskin back you can clean it and check it out. I think one or two times a week should be enough.

A girl shouldn't but, if she's never been around or seen one it might catch her off guard. You might want to discuss it with her before but the most important thing is to keep it clean and let her know that you are on track with that. Good luck.
