The piano is about 30+ years old, and has been sitting in a garage for about 10 years. It's in great condition and is tuned near perfectly. I just need to know what I can use to clean it without causing any damage.

Purchase a good quality furniture polish/cleaner.

it depends on the finish if you really value this piano go to a piano shop they will know. You will probably just wax it and polish it

Try using a swiffer duster.

lemon oil your gona have to reapply it like crazy too, i am sure it will soak the oil up cause its so dry

liquid gold, its a hard wood cleaner, you can find it in spray or liquid. you can find it almost anywhere, sears has it.
