Have a glass of water next to your bed, when you wake up drink some of that. This will help. It's tough, especially on Mondays.

As soon as my alarm clock goes off I start cursing. I moved my alarm clock to the other side of the room so that I couldn't hit the snooze button. It helps it you can take in 5 or 6 big long breaths and stretch!

If you want to do it forcefully, than the best way is to move your alarm clock out of your reach so that you must climb out of bed to turn it off. Make sure you turn up your alarm loud;)
