The answer given above is correct -
Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith.
HOWEVER i would point out the error of the question.
She is the UK's Queen not England's.

The Queen's Name:
The name of the Queen of England is the same whether she is in England, Scotland, Canada, or elsewhere. Her titles do change.

The Queen was born in London on 21 April 1926, the first child of The Duke and Duchess of York, subsequently King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. Five weeks later she was christened Elizabeth Alexandra Mary in the chapel at Buckingham Palace.
Style And Titles Of The Queen:

The Queen's title in the UK is "Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith".
....
The Queen also has other titles by which she is known. In the Isle of Man, she is Lord of Man; in the Channel Islands, she is Duke of Normandy; and in the land of the Duchy of Lancaster, she is Duke of Lancaster.

Elizabeth Windsor (officially 'Elizabeth the Second'). The family name was originally Saxe-Coburg-Gotha and her dad was born with this surname. However, when England and Germany went to war in 1914 her family changed their name to the more English-sounding 'Windsor' to prevent the association with the new enemy.
Someone once brought a case to demand that she be known as 'Elizabeth the First' in Scotland since the English Elizabeth the First was only Queen of England, not Scotland. However, he failed. So Elizabeth the Second (or 'Queenie' as we like to call her) it is. Hope this helps.
