Yes, you will grow for another 4 yrs. at least. Some boys grow until 20-21 but most get a real growth spurt at about 16-18 so, yes, eat right, lots of veggies and protein and exercise and drink low fat milk and drink lots of water. multivitamins won't hurt either. this way your body won't be deprived of anything it needs when that growth spurt gets here. OK? OK!

A good diet would certainly help but there are no guarantees. Most males coninue growing until they are 17 or so, females until 14 or 15. What probably has the most impact on growth is heredity, how tall are you parents? You are apt to be a little taller than they are My parents were 5'6" and 5'10", the boys, both 6' and the girls 5'10", 5'9" and 5'5".

You are going to grow anyways hun. The milk does a body good thing is promotion for milk sales. It does do your body good, but it will not make you grow. Neither will water. A good healthy diet, including milk and water will make you grow strong. But your body will grow at its own rate.

You should eat things that are in the general shape you'd like to end up in. Example, avoid potatos (round) and burgers (cylindrical) and go for carrots (conical) and matzoh (rectangular.)
