Just the 3 major "planks" please.

1. Balance the budget...by cutting all the real waste out there. Like getting an income tax refund when you don't pay any income tax...how can you get a refund if you don't pay in? Also eliminating all unnecessary redundant committees and offices....run the country like a business...and the business at home comes first.
2. Making honesty and integrity mandatory for all public officials.. if you break the law you loose. And as a public official you get the maximum penalty allowed by law automatically. No hiding in re-hab either.
3. Become more involved with the UN not less. Help develop the UN as the world's police force not the USA.

There's more of course this is just off the top of my head and completely unrealistic...no one would elect the person that would hold everyone accountable for their own actions...they don't want to get caught with their hands in the cookie jar by someone that is going to smack them. Although we could all benefit from a good dose of common sense.

It would be named the Common Sense Party. It would be libertarian in nature, with some deviations. My 3 biggest planks would be:

1. Strong National Defense.
2. Personal responsibility.
3. Only as much gov't as described in the Constitution.

1. Equality, compassion for all citizens and aliens. the party would take on the needs for the people
2. peace over war.a termination of the biological warfare and drastic reduction in the size of the nuclear arsenal. in essense, a major reduction in the size of the military, and more emphasis on other parts of the budget
3. power to the workers. the elimination of corporate welfare, and better working conditions for workers. i would like to create more of a mixed economy thats safer for the workers, and not for the employers. in truth, i would like to eliminate a lot of these laissez faire capitalism concepts in favor for a public control of wealth and central planning.

By the way, im just 14, and im thinking of running for president in about 30 years.

I totally agree with Terri, being Canadian, I have seen the benefits of free health care.... I mean what if someone of low income contracts a highly contagious issue? Not only does the whole community become infected, but the health care people, and government don't care.

1) Radical Isolationism
2) Pure Capitalism
3) A distancing from ethics and morality in laws (i.e. things such as abortion would have no place in political debates)
