The county assessor's website has that or any real estate agent could get it for you. You just need the address. Most counties have excellent tax and property records available online nowadays.

You may find this out by going to the county recorders website or office of the county where the property is located. Some counties will have this information public. If you know an appraiser or real estate agent, they can look it up and give you that information

you can try a wesite www.homeradar.com if your state is listed they show house price sales on specific street that you request. It goes back 5 years I think. This is a free service, but not always current (about 2 months behind)

Hi,
Your local title company can get that info for you. They will have the selling price, the amount of the mortgages, and who the buyers and sellers were. Also, they can tell you the amount of property taxes per year.

MLS might have it, or zillow, but the only place that's guaranteed to have it is public records at the county recorder.
