send a letter addressed to that person with do not forward written on it and forwarding address requested... If the letter comes back to you it is most likely that person is not there... but if a forwarding address was left it will inform you of it. If you do not get the letter back the chances are the person is still there... unfortunately there is no 100% way to find out with going to the house or paying money for a search..... you can also try zabasearch.com it may head you in the right direction at no cost ... good luck
