I would go with Bulger, they are playing the Packers.

I think that this is a no-brainer. Bulger getting the start vs a terrible defensive team in the Packers. The Giants are playing the Redskins, that might be a tougher match for Manning to navigate points in. Bulger should throw at least 3 TD's and over 300 yards vs Green Bay.

Oooh, tough one.
I'm going to go against the tide and say Manning, despite the obvious favorable matchup for Bulger.
I think Steven Jackson is going to go nuts on Green Bay. My grandma could roll up 100 yards toting the rock against the Packers. She is crafty though...
I think Jackson will take away some of the gaudy numbers Bulger would otherwise put up.
Manning is going to fling it all day long. I don't think the Giants have solved their running game woes, so Manning should heave for at least two TDs againast a good defense. That game could devolve into a shootout.
I think you'll be okay either way, I just give the edge to Manning.

DEFINITELY BULGER; the Redskins Defense is way better than the Packers, and Marc Bulger has better receiving targets anyways

I think Manning. Stephen Jackson is gonna get so many carries and get so many yards against that bad D that bulger won't get too many chances to throw the ball. and plus eli is fresh off a bye.

bulger's matchup this week should compare to his matchup last week, which is a great thing for bulger owners
but eli should post good digits as well
slight edge to bulger
