in restaurant lingo what food order is Adam and Eve on a raft...wreck em?

"Raft" means toast. I'm guessing that "Adam and Eve" means sausage and eggs. "Wreck 'em" means scramble the eggs. The person ordered scrambled eggs and sausage on toast.
