i get blurred vision alot and suffer from anxiety i become tense in social situations can this be caused by a trapped nerve?

i'm not a neuro dr...but the nerves that handle all your vision and eye movement are cranial nerves 2, 3, 4 and 6. They are already in your brain and go to your eyes, so they don't pass through your neck muscles or anything. So tight neck muscles won't hurt your nerves for vision. But it could be an indirect cause of your vision problems. There are also other things that could cause vision problems, you should really see a doc and see a neurologist.

I dopn't know about a trapped nerve - but they say excessive masturbation can cause blurred vision!

Quite easily, but what gives you the idea its trapped, GP would be the first port of call, second would be a Chropractor, third try a painkiller like Syndol, it contains Doxylamine succinate, a muscle relaxant for tension.

yes,the nerves in you neck area can have something to do with your vision. see a chiropractor & he/she,can help.

yeah, specially if you're walking around with your head at 90 degrees to normal position.
