I think it's awful if our local elected governments conflict with World Bank, there is a secret Tribunal that has no accountability, except to the World Bank. This is the evil institution that Conservatives think the UN is. I guess as long as the evil is in favor of corporate interests, the Neo-Cons don't mind.. When things favor more labor rights, then they get involved
