There is no age that you reach and say " oh now I must masturbate" It comes as a natural thing. Never ever feel bad about it. The only time you need to question masturbation if it is done to the extreme.

Actually in males it is the ejaculation that is healthy. If you are not having sex regularly then the masturbation is healthy. The act of ejaculating helps keep the prostate cleaned out. For females the endorphins released during orgasim helps with mood stabilization. So, unless you are having sex on a regular basis, then masturbation can be a healthy thing.

Masturbation, while I cant exactly call it healthy :) i def. do not feel that its wrong. It is good to discover your own body, and sometimes the release makes you feel better just cuz.
Different people start getting sexual urges at diff. ages. When you get the urge, it is your time. I would rather younger people masturbate than have inexperienced sex with other young ppl. Its a good way to get in touch with yourself, pardon the pun. Dont be embarrassed, almost everybody does it and those that dont have huge sticks up their asses and wish they could pleasure themselves without feeling ashamed.

Yes. Masturbation can teach you what pleases you so you can share that with your intimate parner. I was in college when I learned how to have an orgasm with the bathtub water. Also, masturbation can relieve sexual tension instead of going elsewhere which runs the risk of infection and or disease and sometimes even heartache.

No need to do it for the sake of health. But if you must do it, it is not unhealthy.

Sexual fulfillment must be between a man and a women. Anything else in unnatural. any unnatural behavior is going to affect your natural sexual fulfillment and enjoyment physically and psychologically, in the long run.

Nature (or God) did not create you to do masturbation.

Yes it's very healthy and I started at 4 years old but didn't realize what I was doing, just that it felt good. My family had to stop me from doing it in front of people.
