sure...I'm drunk and I peed all over my desk...
No I just notice people pull this crap when they're drunk but never when they're sober. I've never done it personally.

Isn't it weird that only chicks (or people parading as chicks) have answered this question?

Fortunately, women can't get away with just whipping it out on the street corner, so I ended up in the men's restroom last time I got plastered because the women's room was too busy (as if sober women don't take long enough!). I was in there for like an hour just smiling at the wall.

I have never paraded as a chick. What kind of a float would I need. A giant tampon? I once peed on the officer of the day's car when I was in the Marine Corps. Drinking was acceptable. Being drunk was far more tolerated than being stoned. I had to sweep up the rec(T.V.) room for a week. If I had been stoned I might have been court martialled. If you are not drunk and you urinate in public you have no real excuse.

I'm not sure if it's more socially acceptable or not but most people realize that when your drunk you lose your inhibitions and your ability to judge things correctly.Maybe we feel a little sorry for them and we know if we got that hammered we might do the same thing.

I would presume society equates the mental deficiency of a drunk with a similar social skills deficiency. Both are to be pitied.

I don't find it socially acceptable at all. Aside from the obvious hygiene factor, it is not good policy to expose yourself in public to urinate.

I have done this recently. The homeowner did not agree with your assertion that alcohol somehow mitigated my culpability for this heinous act.
