You are using IE as your browser: I cannot get into Yahoo games anymore through Explorer so I have switched to Mozilla FireFox. It seems to work better for games. Remember to download the latest version of Java and allow Yahoo pop-ups. http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/
How to allow Yahoo Pop-ups: When you try getting in lounge or room and it doesn't work...click on Pop-Up Blocker. On the "always allow" tab it will say "recent pop ups blocked". Highlight yahoo.com then click "allow". This is the proper way to use the pop up blocker, you should not have to hold any keys down to get in.
You have been banned from games for being bad in the lobby: This is usually temporary 24-48 hours. In this case you should have recieved an e-mail telling you how long the ban is in effect. Since this is an ISP ban you just have to wait it out or download an ISP changer(I haven't tried them yet so try at your own risk.
