how far do you want to travel? I'd go to a site like http://www.petersons.com where you can do a search by state and intended major.

Take your prerequisite courses for Criminal Justice at a community college to shave off the cost and then transfer to a 4 year to finish up your undergrad. Research colleges in your local area and get catalogs from them to decide where you want to go.

Northeastern has a fairly famous college of criminal justice, but it's all the way down in Boston.
