well... maybe, but that's only one side of the issue... the writer doesn't even bother to get the other side?
but I guess you don't think that there is another side... right?
I don't make opinions based on only one side of an issue...
but, as far as I have heard, the only real job of the ACLU is to make sure everyone gets treated the same in the court system...not matter how dispicable or evil their actions may be...

The ACLU defends ANYONE, no matter how sick they are. It is, unfortunately, part of their jobs.
Better to fail in justice rather than live in hypocrisy.
They've defending the left-wing NAMBLA and the right-wing Phelps, they don't make judgements on political basis.

I believe it to be.
the aclu want to give the terrorists more rights than we have, a real nice group, they are.
