This was tough... the letters A-X fit in the colored squares in between PARK & EXIT. Then the color and location of the curtains the the color and location of the flower pots relate to the letters in the colored squares. I struggled a bunch with placement, but it was simply left to right. My confusion was that I didn't know to use the flower pots first then the curtains.
