It's not so much the trick, the presentation is the important part.
Even a tired prop gag can be something special if given a great performance.

Here is a good one:
You need:
Quarter
Salt shaker
napkin
table
Start by telling your audience that you can make a quarter go through the table using a salt shaker. Place the quarter on the table, cover the salt shaker with a napkin and bag it on the quarter. When you remove the salt shaker the quarter will still be there. (when you move the salt shaker you will bring it over your lap which you will drop it in your hand leaving the napkin in the same shape and still in your hand). You tell the audience.. lets try again (acting like your surprised it didn't work). Place your hand still holding the napkin in the shape of the salt shaker over the quarter and the hand that has the salt shaker in it under the table acting like your gonna catch the quarter. Very fast.. let go of the napkin and act like your squashing the salt shaker with your hand.. at the same time bang the top of the actual salt shaker on the bottom of the table. Remove the napkin revealing the quarter still intact and then bring your hand holding the salt shaker out. your audience will think you actually made the salt shaker go through the quarter and the table. Work on it, it takes time to perfect it. Like Pat From Ohio said, the presentation is VERY important. When you drop the salt shaker in your hidden hand you need to have the audience focused on the quarter still on the table not what your doing.
I hope this made sense. Magic tricks are hard to type easier to show in person.

I got quite a few!
I got some Jay Sankey vids which are cool!
My fav tricks have got to be Svengali Deck, Linking rings, Disappearing silk in hand (dont' want to give away the obvious!), bill switch and thats all I can think of!
