Are there any groups for young playrights and stage-composers trying to get into the business?

I'm 15, I'm currently working on my first musical, with another on the way. I compose, write the book and the lyrics. Any groups like a young writers' equity kind of thing or anything?

Equity? I don't think so.

However, depending on the size of your town there is probably a "readers theater" type of group - some actors, directors and writers to get together to read scripts. Sometimes performed with scripts in hand sitting on some stools.
