How do you get to YAnswers for a different country?

I answered a German question, and I ended up in YA! for Germany, with all it`s cities & towns.
Is there a YA! for every country/city/town?

I don't think there is a YA! for every town or even every country.
However at the bottom of the page you can go to Yahoo International and all of teh countries come up.

Theres one for country Germany on the Bottom of the web page of Yahoo Answers
Click on the flagy thingy
