No thats not true...its just less common for blacks, hispanics, and middle easterners to be emo. I know TONS of hispanic emos. ppl call me emo (which I am not) and I am mixed with black, white, and native american. The majority of them are white.

Emo is such a stupid trend, I hope it's only whites and we can eventually brush this embarassement under the rug. Considering their haircuts, I don't think it's really possible for a black person to look emo.

no way. at my school, asians, pacific islanders, hispanics, african americans, and indians are emo. some are goth.
