The ones the use the most muscle - either the biggest muscles (like the thigh muscles) or the highest number of muscles at once. Doing ab exercises will only affect the small muscles in your stomach. Once you burn the fat off - some other way - then work those muscles. They won't show until the fat is gone.

Actually to lose weight, you need to engage in strenuous cardio exercise for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. You should also do some weight training or strength exercise(involving situps, push ups, pull ups/other back and shoulder exercise) since muscles actually burn calories.

The previous poster is right -- the best way to go about cario exercise is to exercise the large muscle groups -- namely the legs. Jogging and bicycling are good. Swimming is also EXCELLENT (provided that you practice good form with your legs and arms)

Aerobic exercise the last over 20 minutes. Your body does not start burning fat until you have exercised for at least 20 minutes. It will then continue to burn fat for the time you exercise after the 20 minute mark and then continue to burn fat for a time equal to the duration of your exercise after you finish. Your body burns simple carbohydrates it has first then the complex carbohydrates before it burns fat.

There is no way to target the belly (except liposuction); your body burns it evenly. I believe the best way to burn fat is to do 20+ minutes of running before breakfast every morning (how hard you run will determine how much fat is burned).

keep ur hands on ur hip and bend sideways howmuch ever u can do this, continuously thrice a day for 2-3 mnths or else play games like squash and basketball.

i think its most probably swimming that burns most calories but make sure that u dont ingest any high calorie snack or drink after swimming. all ur efforts would go waste then
