Sounds to me like you want a good chat with other teens. Here is what I would recommend:
1) Go to http://www.mirc.com
2) Download the latest version of mIRC and install it
3) When you open mIRC, setup your nickname and passowrd, and click connect (the lightning bolt)
4) once you have connected, type " /join #teens " in any window in the program
This is a program that allows people from all over the world to chat with each other in real time. There's typically a few million teens chatting at any given time.
PS: If you need any help with using mIRC, it includes a help file, and you can always use the website you download it from. Also, there is a channel named "#help"; to join it, just type " /join #help " in any window in the program.
