If it was setup and working with your internet service, you don't need it. Just connect your router to your computer and IT WORKS.
If you want to log into your router, then go to your network settings. Right Click and pick STATUS. The diagnostic section shows the Gateway address. Let's say that it says 192.168.1.1 Just open Internet Explorer and type that IP address. Then Log into your router.

You don't need it to set up with your PC with your router. Go to the linksys website look for Downloads and look for your model on the dropdown list then if the Manual for your model is highlighted, download that and follow the directions in it.

You dont need the CD. if you want to download it just go to www.linksys.com and click customer support - they will walk you through it.
However to connect it, you dont need the CD. Just connect the router like you are supposed and open a webpage. In the address: http://192.168.1.1
A pop up box will come up asking for Login and Password. Leave Login blank, Password = admin
Fix all the settings, click save settings, close the webpage, open a new one. you are connected to the internet through your router!
