Why am i getting unknown people's ID on my contact search list and how do I delete them?

I am finding ID's on my contact search list of people I do not know and I cant figure out how to delete them

they got it from someone, right click on it and click delete.

Someone's using your computer while away from home. I'd suggest purchasing security cameras so you can catch the sneak in the act.
