Well if you reduce education funding and general availability of education - that would make everyone more stupid and therefore more susceptible to indoctrination into cult-thinking such as white supremecy. Then on TV present all your minorities doing only stereotypical things. Make all the colleges bible colleges which use the slavery references in the bible to justify superiority of the whites. There are plenty of bible benders good at that. And of course end all cross-cultural exchanges with countries that are not white. Voila. The perfect mix for you.

Drop the hate portion, then there is nothing wrong in asking how to strengthen your ethnic group as it is instinctual at a genetic level in males to preserve their ethnic tribe.
