I work with a lot of actresses. Some of them are so skinny that if we break for lunch, they will not eat before they shoot anything that shows their bare midriff. They are so skinny that you can tell if they have food in their stomach or not.

The camera may add ten pounds, but the photographers can airbrush 20 pounds off!

It only adds 10 pounds if you are holding a 10 pound camera ;)
It's a myth... Because you think it does you look at the person in the photo differently..

ITS TRUE.

my family was on the TV a couple months ago, and my mother and father looked at least 15 pounds heavier, than they do in real life.

i cant imagine how skinny those models are!

good point!

it is not true. The reason all of the models look fake and perfect is because they take their picture and then put it on the computer so they can make adjustments like make them skinnier or make their pimple go away. it is like a virtual makeover.

Yes it does. I'm a size 8, but I look huge on camera, it isn't even funny. HTH : )

^_^ i think of its in easy terms a asserting. because of the fact each so often photos are stretched out. tremendously in widescreen tvs, photos and pictures are many times strecthed out, subsequently making you seem heavier. once you're taking a image stand slanted with one foot in front and the different in back. turn your waist to the front making you seem to have a smaller waist and chin up. Dont overlook to grin =D

The camera only adds ten pounds if it is a very heavy camera -- and, it is hanging around your neck.

I heard it was only 3 - 4 pounds so i wouldn't worry too much. most of the photo's of supermodels are airbrushed anyway
