car turns over, but wont start.

could be lots of stuff.
is it getting fuel? air filter, coil, distributor, ignition module, timing belt and so on

Remove sparkplug wire and have someone that you do not like hold it and try to start.
If they scream really loud look for a fuel problem.

does it fire at all check to see if its getting fuel. answer these then we can go with that by email.

you need three things for engine to run. air,fuel,spark.
