What colored eyes look best on women with fair skin and medium-dark brunette hair?

Bright BLUE. There is such a contrast to the hair that your eyes stand out when some one first looks at you.

Sky blue (or thats what they look like) eyes ALWAYS catch my attention. But, since I have hazel eyes, I'm gonna have to say Hazel.

any shade of brown! (that's right!) dark hair and dark eyes are very beautiful in my opinion.
