That depends on the gender of the Judge.

Male Judges do favor women, as long as they don't look blatantly or obviously whorish.

In capital cases, women hardly
ever get the death penalty. But in the normal, most--of--the--time kinds of cases, it depends.

Female Judges are more objective and rational. They even come down HARDER on women, than they do men.

This is just my experience in the last part of the 20th century, as I watched women increasingly come into the courts and legal System.

I have been very impressed. In Illinois at least, Women are noticeably superior to men, when they wear the judicial robes. Smarter, harder--working, and FAIRER.

If I get dragged before the court system, and if I am innocent or have a good case or defense, I want a woman to be the judge. With or without a Jury, the woman is just better than a male judge.

I agree. I think people feel more sorry for women, but only because society traditionally views them as week. So, is this worth it? I don't think so.

and look at women's prisons....far different then a prison for men.
